At The Royal Flowers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure your flowers and gifts arrive fresh, beautiful, and on time.
Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
No refunds are available once the order has been prepared or delivered.
If there is an issue with the quality, damage, or incorrect item, please contact us Time of receiving of delivery with a clear photo of the product.
We will either:
Replace the item with a new one, or
Offer store credit for future purchases (no cash refunds).
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided preparation has not begun.
Once your order is dispatched or being arranged by our florists, cancellation is no longer possible.
